Step 1: Click Settings (cog) icon on the top left of your Kodi home screen.

Neptune Rising failed to install dependency
I have been receiving a few queries about Neptune Rising Add-on that they are facing error “Failed to install a dependency.” I discussed the issue with several users and found out that the issue resolved for almost everyone just by simply reinstalling the Add-on. What you need to do is – Remove Source Repo URL, Remove MrFreeWorld Repository, exit Kodi. Now start the installation procedure from Step 1 of this guide.
To remove Source Repo URL go to Settings > File manager. Select the source and right click if you are using a computer, long press if you are using a touch device, or press menu button on your FireStick remote. Now click Remove Source
To remove the MrFreeWorld Repository, go to Kodi home-screen > Add-ons > My add-ons >Add-on repository > Mr Freeworld > Uninstall

Neptune Rising No Stream Available Error
As you know, Neptune Rising is just a search engine which searches for streams from different sources. It is possible that some of the movies / TV shows do not have available streams so in that case, you will get no streams available error. I suggest that you try to play a different show and see if you still get the error. It should probably work fine, but if you still see no streams available, you should clear the Addon cache.
Open Neptune Rising Add-on, go to “Tools” and click “Clear Cache.” Click “yes” when it asks for the confirmation. Now restart Kodi and try the play again. I hope that it should work by now.
